<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain comfortable operation without giving oppressive feeling to an operator in a cabin by enlarging a living space near a maneuvering operation device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cabin is equipped with a cabin skeleton body composed by connecting a ceiling part and right/left steps via right/left/front pillars, connecting the ceiling part and right/left fenders via right/left/rear pillars, connecting the right/left fenders via a floor sheet, and connecting upper/lower ends of the right/left/rear pillars respectively via upper/lower rear connecting bodies. The right/left/front pillars are curved in an outward expanding shape going toward outside from the both ends to the intermediate parts. The right/left/rear pillars are curved in an outward expanding shape between the ceiling part and the fenders. Each fender comprises a vertical plane part joined to an end part of the floor sheet and a top plate covering an upper part of rear wheels above the vertical plane part while being lowered to the front part of the rear wheels. An outside part of the top plate is formed in the outward expanding shape going toward outside from the front lower part to the upper part, and the outside part of the upper part of the top plate is connected to the lower end of the rear pillar.
