PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply humidifying warm air (steam air) to an indoor lower half part (in the vicinity of a floor face) and to eliminate the necessity of an independent heat source for a humidifying device as a heat source for generating the humidifying warm air. SOLUTION: A heat collecting duct is formed between a main body back face plate 2 and a partition wall plate 4, to form a second heating chamber H2 adjacent to a heating chamber H. The humidifying device 10 is provided in a body bottom part, and an electric fan is installed in the humidifying device 10. By the electric fan, warm air in the second heating chamber H2 is supplied to the humidifying chamber 10. A warm air blow-out port 11 leading to the humidifying chamber 10 is provided on the front face of a main body lower part, and humidifying warm air is supplied to the humidifying warm air blow-out port 11 on the front face of the main body lower part. A heating element is constituted by a single or a plurality of panel heaters 1 each having a flat sheet heating plate opposing to the partition wall plate 4. The flat sheet heating plate of the panel heater arranged at the uppermost stage is arranged to be inclined forwardly upwardly, and the flat sheet heating plate of the remaining panel heater is arranged vertically.
