PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain drying device capable of drying grain at a stable drying speed by suppressing influence of outside air humidity. SOLUTION: This grain drying device includes a drying section for drying the supplied grain by hot air, and a control panel as a control means for controlling a temperature of hot air. The control panel sets a standard hot air temperature set on the basis of the amount of processed grain and an outside air temperature, corrects the hot air temperature to be higher than the standard hot air temperature, when the humidity of the outside air is higher than a reference humidity, and corrects the hot air temperature to be lower than the standard hot air temperature, when the humidity of the outside air is lower than the reference humidity.
