PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space structure of a building allowing a user to access to a water facility room from various sections in the building. SOLUTION: This space structure of the building is constituted by providing an upper part intermediate floor 5 and a lower part intermediate floor 6 at substantially the same intermediate positions in respective directions of height of a second story part 2 and a first story part 3 of the building 1 when viewed in a plan view, providing a small space 7 on an upper side of the upper part intermediate floor 5, providing a bathroom 4 as the water facility room between the upper part intermediate floor 5 and the lower part intermediate floor 6, providing a storage space 9 having a pipe 8 from the bathroom 4 on a lower side of the lower part intermediate floor 6, using each of the upper part intermediate floor 5, a floor 10 in the second story part 2, the lower part intermediate floor 6, and a floor 11 in the first story part 3 as landings, and providing spiral stairs 12A, 12B, 12C linking the small space 7, the second story part 2, the bathroom 4, and the first story part 3 to one another.
