PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyolefin-based pre-foamed particle giving a polyolefin-based resin in-mold foam molding having black color desirable for an automobile member or the like, hardly combustible compared to the conventional black in-mold foam molding using carbon black without damaging in-mold moldability and surface appearance and conformable to flame retardance standard. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyolefin-based pre-foamed particle using a polyolefin-based resin composition as a base resin contains ≥1 pts.wt. and ≤15 pts.wt. black iron oxide particle to 100 pts.wt. polyolefin-based resin.
