PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal serving wagon with the auxiliary electric-driven function which executes the power assist for movement using a connection means for transmitting/blocking the driving force from a driving means to/from a driving wheel, in particular, realizes the safe travel by clarifying the state of connection to the connection means. SOLUTION: A CPU 42 of a control unit 41 performs the analysis by executing a control program stored in a ROM 43 based on the information of a clutch sensor 4C for monitoring whether a connection means constituted of a clutch 4, a clutch lever 4D, a connector member 4K and a clutch operation lever 4F is in a transmitted state or a blocked state, and determines whether the clutch 4 is in the transmitted state or the blocked state.
