The plug-in pump has a cylinder head (1) with a hollow cylinder (2), in which a piston (3) is accommodated. A high pressure pipe (7) is provided between a pump room (4) and a high pressure valve (6). The high pressure pipe and the pump room concentrically surround an imaginary extension of a movement axis (8) of a piston.
