PURPOSE: A method for detecting biomass using a chip for detecting biomass is provided to amplify fluorescence signal and effectively detect the biomass of low concentration. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting biomass comprises: a step of fixing polydiacetylene liposome on a substrate; a step of bidnign polydiacetylene liposome to laminate on the substrate; a step of fixing a material which complementary binds with the biomass on the polydiacetylene liposome; a step of exposing the polydiacetylene liposome to the UV ray to prepare a chip of detecting biomass; a step of reacting the biomass on the chip; and a step of measuring fluorescence on the chip.
