PURPOSE: A pizza using boiled rice as a main ingredient, and a preparation method thereof are provided to minimize rice smell while improving the flavor of the pizza. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a pizza using boiled rice comprises the following steps of: mixing rice powder and water at a ratio of 1 to 1.5-1.6, and leaving to stand; steaming the rice powder at pressure of 1 kg/cm^2 for 25-35 minutes, and cooling off it; molding the steamed rice into a crust shape and baking at 225-235°C; and topping onion, tomato paste, vinegar, glucose, chopped garlic, soybean oil, starch, refined salt, citric acid, Worcester sauce, black pepper, red pepper seeds, pizza sauce, shrimps, cuttlefish, ham, cheese, and baking the pizza. |
