<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch-resistant resin sheet having a cured film enhanced in scratch resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The scratch-resistant resin sheet is formed by the extrusion molding of a thermoplastic resin and the cured film is formed at least on one side of an extruded sheet with an in-plane retardation value of 15 nm or below. The thermoplastic resin constituting the extruded sheet is preferably a methacrylic resin. The thickness of the extruded sheet is preferably 0.2-3 mm.
