<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental case for storing a DVD and a video tape or the like, or a rental cover case which stores a comic magazine and is displayed on a shelf of a rental shop. <P>SOLUTION: A base member 2 is fitted to a lower end and a front end of a U-shaped outer part which is formed by folding a thin resin sheet, a cover sheet 3 formed of a transparent film is affixed to a surface of the outer part for covering, and the base member 2 includes a front block 10, both side blocks 11 and 11, and rear blocks 8 and 8 rising at ends of the side blocks which are connected to each other in a bendable manner. The front block 10 is fixed to a lower end of a front part of the outer part 1, the side blocks 11 are fixed to lower ends of side parts of the outer part 1, and the rear blocks 8 are fixed to the ends of the side parts of the outer part 1.
