<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrochloric acid recovering apparatus which can recover hydrochloric acid efficiently from a waste hydrochloric acid solution generated in steel pickling equipment, and which can suppress an increase in the equipment investment and reduce the maintenance of the equipment and instruments; and to provide a hydrochloric acid recovering method. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrochloric acid recovering method comprises: separating a waste hydrochloric acid solution into iron oxide and a hydrochloric acid-containing gas by introducing the waste hydrochloric acid solution into a reactor; separating the hydrochloric acid-containing gas into an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and a first exhaust gas by introducing the hydrochloric acid-containing gas into a first absorption tower and jetting cleaning water; further recovering the aqueous hydrochloric acid solution; on the other hand, separating the first exhaust gas into an aqueous dilute hydrochloric acid solution and a second exhaust gas by introducing the first exhaust gas into a second absorption tower and spraying the aqueous dilute hydrochloric acid solution; introducing the second exhaust gas into a cleaning tower; circulating the aqueous dilute hydrochloric acid solution to the second absorption tower; introducing a portion of the aqueous dilute hydrochloric acid solution into the first absorption tower; and spraying a portion of the aqueous dilute hydrochloric acid solution to the blades of an exhaust fan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
