摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely improve transmission efficiency by carrying out band control of a data transmission path with a band shared therein. <P>SOLUTION: LAN data from respective terminals in a LAN are input to an input port 51 and an input port 52. A multiplexing processing part 80 multiplexes the LAN data input to the input port 51 and the input port 52 at a predetermined ratio to obtain multiplexed data coincident with the band of the transmission path, and transmits the multiplexed data to the transmission path. The ratio is controlled by a band allocation part 70. A traffic volume monitoring part 60 monitors the traffic volumes of the input port 51 and the input port 52 to provide the traffic volumes to the band allocation part 70. The band allocation part 70 controls the ratio in the multiplexing by the multiplexing processing part 80 in response to the traffic volumes of the respective input ports obtained by the traffic volume monitoring part 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
