<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film excellent in gas barrier properties with respect to water vapor and oxygen. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the laminated film, a thin inorganic deposited film layer is provided on a substrate material made of a polymeric resin composition, a coating layer comprising an urethane resin containing a xylylene group or hydrogenated xylylene group is provided on a surface of the thin inorganic deposited film layer opposite to the polymeric resin composition, and a thickness of the coating layer is 0.01-0.50 μm.
