PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the attachment of a sthenometer capable of strongly fixing a contact part and a base plate part, capable of well-keeping a sanitary state over a long period of time and also excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: The attachment 2 for the sthenometer is attached to the main body part of the sthenometer for detecting the pressure from a living body and measuring the muscle force of the living body and equipped with the contact part 25 brought into contact with the living body, the attaching part 26 for attaching the sthenometer to the main body part and the auxiliary part 27 provided to the attaching part 26 and having an auxiliary function at the time of reception of the pressure from the living body.
