<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential mount structure capable of easily adjusting the fitting position and the fitting angle of a propeller shaft and adjusting them to the desired values, respectively. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mount structure comprises rear fixing parts 19, 19 for fixing a differential 5 to a sub frame 17, and a front fixing part 20 having a fixed position adjusting mechanism 30. The fixed position adjusting mechanism 30 comprises a bolt 26 which is positionally fixed with respect to the sub frame 17, and a vibration-isolating member 21 having a fitting hole 24 which is positionally fixed with respect to the differential 5, and is capable of adjusting the fixed position of the bolt 26 along the fitting hole (long hole) 24 of the arc shape with the rear fixing part 19 as its center. Thus, the fitting angle of a propeller shaft 3 connected to the differential 5 and the fitting angle (the joint angle) formed by the propeller shaft 3 at a center joint part 2 can be adjusted.
