<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer container for laver culture which enables use of normal fertilizer (uncoated fertilizer), is capable of stably eluting fertilizer components for a desired period without rapidly eluting fertilizer components, and especially, is useful for prevention and recovery of color fading of laver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fertilizer container for laver culture is a cylindrical container which has a plurality of pores, an inner diameter of 50-250 mm and a length of 500-2,000 mm, and is internally installed with a fertilizer filling container having a switching aperture at least on one side of a cylinder and a plurality of fine pores. Especially, the pore diameter of the cylindrical container is 2-20 mm, the ratio of the total area of the pores to the outside whole surface area of the cylindrical container is 0.001-0.1, and the number of pores is at least 4. The fertilizer container can solve the problem most when the fine pore diameter of the fertilizer filling container is 0.1-1 mm, the ratio of the total area of the fine pores to the outside whole surface area of the container is 0.000001-0.001, and the number of fine pores is at least 5.
