METHOD FOR CALIBRATING TWO-DIMENSIONAL POSITION MAP, AND RADIATION DETECTOR
摘要
A radiation detector has an arithmetic processing means to perform a computing operation which depicts a border using peaks of signal intensity to separate respective positions by the border and determines the number of peaks which failed in separation due to concatenation of a plurality of peaks using the spatial periodicity of peaks. Since the number of peaks which failed in separation due to concatenation of a plurality of peaks is determined using the spatial periodicity of peaks, the number of failed peaks can be determined using the spatial periodicity of peaks, allowing the border to be specified with ease. As a result, incidence positions can be also discriminated simply, and radiation detection positions can be identified easily.
