The invention relates to a torque measuring device comprising: a power shaft (12) intended to transmit a torque about the axis (A) of the power shaft; a first wheel (18) bearing angular reference marks, said wheel being fastened to the power shaft; a reference shaft (20) provided with a second wheel bearing angular reference marks; a sensor (26) placed so as to face at least one of said wheels in order to determine the torque transmitted by the power shaft. The invention is characterized in that: the first wheel (18) has first and second series of angular reference marks; and the second wheel (22) has third and fourth series of angular reference marks, the reference marks of the first and third series being mutually parallel, whereas the reference marks of the second and fourth series are mutually parallel while being inclined to a first axial plane containing the axis (A), the reference marks of the first series being inclined to the reference marks of the second series, whereby the signal delivered by said sensor (26) is also representative of the temperature of the power shaft (12).
