A tag tape (2t) which is fed out from a tag tape original fabric (2r) is cut to a tag (2) of prescribed length by a cutter (211). The tag (2) which is cut is supplied to a rotating tag transfer drum (22) from the cutter (211) at a prescribed interval, and it is shifted from the tag transfer drum (22) to a peripheral face of a rotary supporter (10). Thus, the rotary supporter (10) is made to support the tag (2) at the prescribed interval. The cutter (211) is slidably held by a frame (212) and the frame (212) is rocked with a rotation axis of the tag transfer drum (22) as a center. Fluctuation of tensile force of the tag tape (2t) between the tag tape original fabric (2r) and the cutter (211) is suppressed by a dancer mechanism (250) and a path length adjusting link mechanism (260). For supplying the tag obtained by cutting the tag tape by the cutter to the rotary supporter and manufacturing a sheet for extraction bag, fluctuation of tensile force of the tag tape (2t) with intermittent transmission of the tag to the cutter is reduced and tag supply speed to the rotary supporter is made fast.
