THE MANUFACTURE METHOD OF NON-FRAMABLE PAPER AND INCOMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A flame retardation method of paper fiber and a flame retardant produced by the same are provided to secure the predetermined intensity of the paper, and to utilize the paper as the flame retardant. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardation method of paper fiber includes a step for gaining paper fiber by dissolving paper in water and a step for mixing the paper fiber with a flame retardant consisting of the water of 80~95 weight%, melamine formaldehyde of 1~10 weight% and phosphate of 1~10 weight% for 5 ~ 30 minutes. The flame retardation method of the paper fiber further includes a screening process filtering the paper fiber, a molding and drying process, and a process for processing the dried paper fiber.
