PURPOSE: An optical pipe and a lighting apparatus having the same are provided to make an optical film in a roll type having a small radius. CONSTITUTION: A lighting apparatus(300) includes a light source(310), an optical pipe(320) and a reflection cap(330). The light source generates the light. The light is inputted into the optical pipe. The optical pipe distributes the inputted light to the outside by comprising an optical film which distributes the light evenly by diffracting the light. The optical film includes a surface structurized in a prism pattern. The reflection cap is attached to one end of the light pipe to reflect the light distributed from the optical pipe.
