摘要 PURPOSE: A multi-color coloring method of aluminum anode oxidization is provided to produce aluminum products with higher quality by including more than two colors on the aluminum surface. CONSTITUTION: The oxide film is formed in the whole aluminum surface produced through the casting or the forging(S100). The multiple pictures and colors are implemented on the aluminum surface through the silk screen(S200). The various pictures are molded in the silk screen. The stabilized oxide film is formed on the aluminum surface(S300). The silk screen coloring is repetitively enforced for revealing the picture and color. The penetrability dye is the azo-compound metal chelating dye. The aluminum surface shows the white by the sulfate process. The rest of the aluminum surface is colored.
