<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for instructing a print output of the cover of a bound article, and to provide a binding system, a program, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor 110 instructs the printing of covers including a front cover, a backbone, and a back cover of a bound article. The information processor comprises: a setting means 62 for receiving print setting including the designation of a character string printed on the backbone; a drawing means 60 for drawing images of a text, the front cover, and the back cover of the bound article according to a drawing command; a cover creation means 64 for calculating the spine width of the bound article, demarcating each print region according to the spine width, drawing an image to which a character string is allocated, performing a layout to the print region of the back cover, and creating an entire image of the cover; and sending means 54, 56 for transmitting output data for instructing printing images of the text and the cover to an image-forming device 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
