<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub capable of securing the impact resistance while securing a sense of massiveness of an artificial marble bathtub. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub includes an inner tub made of an FRP (fiber reinforce plastic) material, an outer tub made of the FRP material, and a marble layer made of artificial marble filling the gap between the inner tub and the outer tub. The method of manufacturing the bathtub is characterized by forming a first FRP layer constituting the inner tub on a first forming die, forming a second FRP layer constituting the outer tub on a second forming die, matching the first forming die and the second forming die, and filling the artificial marble material in the gap between the first FRP layer and the second FRP layer to form the marble layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
