<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method, a program and a communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a reception part for receiving a data frame including two or more pieces of unit data transmitted from a communicating party; a determination part for determining whether or not there is data loss for each piece of the unit data included in the data frame received by the reception part; a transmission right acquisition part for acquiring a transmission right; and a generation part for generating imparting data for imparting the transmission right acquired by the transmission right acquisition part to the communicating party when it is determined that there is the data loss in at least one piece of the unit data by the determination part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
