发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BENDABLE HIGH-DURABILITY POLYCARBONATE RESIN LAMINATE
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin laminate which causes no deterioration, formation of bubbles due to decomposition, whitening or detachment of the adhesive layer even under high-temperature bending conditions, allows use under severe outdoor or in-car conditions and has excellent transparency, adhesiveness, heat and moisture resistances, and bending processability. <P>SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin laminate of 0.1-30 mm thickness is produced by stacking at least two layers of a polycarbonate resin film and/or sheet with a (meth)acrylate type adhesive composition comprising (A) a (meth)acrylate monomer, (B) a (meth)acrylate oligomer and one selected from (C) an acrylamide derivative, (D) a silane compound and (E) an organic phosphorus compound and having excellent transparency, adhesiveness, heat and moisture resistances and bending processability. After heating at 130-180°C with a temperature difference 20°C between the upper and the lower surface of the laminate, the laminate is bent to form a bent surface of a curvature radius of≥15 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
