摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet which can realize a high level of deep drawability unattainable by the prior art technique and, at the same time, can realize improved surface roughness resistance in molding and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The steel sheet is characterized in that the accumulation degree of the ä222} plane of anαFe phase to the steel sheet surface is 65 to 99% and the steel sheet satisfies a relation: d<SB>t</SB>/d<SB>R</SB>≥1.2, wherein t(μm) represents the thickness of the steel sheet, d<SB>t</SB>(μm) represents the average grain size in the sheet thickness direction, and d<SB>R</SB>(μm)represents the average grain size in the rolling direction. A relation: t/d<SB>t</SB>≤10 is more preferred. The steel sheet can be produced by depositing a second layer of a metal comprising one or more elements selected from Al, Ni, Si, Sn, V, and Zn with the balance consisting of unavoidable impurities on at least one side of a base steel sheet, subjecting the steel sheet to low-reduction skin pass cold rolling at a reduction ratio of less than 30% per rolling at least twice, and then heat treating the rolled steel sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
