PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the problem that a protrusion-recess pattern cannot be transferred to a resist upon the imprinting, and to prevent the deterioration of the pattern transferability due to flow marks of a resin when injection-molding, when an injection-molded molded substrate is used as an imprint stamper for a recording medium such as a DTR medium. SOLUTION: A stamper holder is provided for holding a disk-shaped metal-made stamper having a center hole with an inner diameter of≤17.5 mm and having the protrusion-recess pattern for a recording medium formed on the surface, in such a state that it is fixed on a first die having a center hole. The stamper holder includes an approximately cylindrical shape so as to be inserted into the center hole of the first die, and is provided with, at one end, a flange for holding the inner peripheral portion of the proximity of the center hole of the stamper surface, and the outer diameter of the flange is≤17.6 mm.
