<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changeover valve capable of carrying out miniaturization of a structure and reduction of costs by enabling miniaturization of an actuator by reduction of driving force for operating a valve element and enabling a plurality of operation of valve elements by one actuator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The changeover valve 101 is equipped with a body 1 having fluid passages C1, C2, and valve holes 1a in middles of the fluid passages C1, C2 of an interior of the body 1. The valve element 2 freely sliding and rotating in an interior is housed in the valve hole 1a. A vibrating actuator 10 having piezoelectric device parts 11, 12, 13 is provided in the interior of the body 1, and the vibrating actuator 10 is abutted on the valve element 2 to side and rotate the valve element 2 by vibration of the piezoelectric device parts 11, 12, 13. The valve element 2 is communicated with one of the fluid passages C1, C2 by sliding, and a flow rate of the communicated fluid passage C1 or C2 is adjusted by rotating.
