<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve continuous operability and obtain stable injection conditions with a simple configuration without allowing a semi-solidified metal to come out from an opening portion of an injection sleeve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The supply device 10 is provided with the injection sleeve 12, a sleeve cover 14 and a cylinder 16. The sleeve cover 14 can cause the cylinder 16 to open and close an opening portion 30 provided on the upper surface of the injection sleeve 12. The sleeve cover 14 is provided with a cover member 40 covering the opening portion 30 from the upper part and capable of closing it. The cover member 40 includes a second seal surface 50a abutting on a horizontal plane 34a of a first seal surface 34 forming the peripheral portion of the opening portion 30 and a clearance configuring surface 54a forming a clearance 52a between itself and the horizontal plane 34a inner than the second seal surface 50a.
