摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure for preventing relative displacement for being generated between covers 5a and a sensor holder 7a even in the structure for combining the cover 5a and sensor holder 7a of a synthetic resin forming through-holes 15a at center positions of a metal bottom plate part 11a. SOLUTION: The sensor holder 7a is provided with the covers 5a on both the sides of the bottom plate part 11a composing the covers 5a, and both the side parts are mutually connected through a connection part 19 existing in the through-holes 15a formed in the center part of the bottom plate part 11a. A bearing unit prevents rotation of the sensor holder 7a for the covers 5a by engagement with a synthetic resin composing a non-circular shape part such as notches 17 formed on the peripheral edge of the through-holes 15a and the sensor holder 7a.
