PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of evading defective injection of a liquid caused by delay of refill. SOLUTION: A printer 10 includes: an injection amount calculating part 320 for calculating an injection amount of ink required for forming injection dots of a nozzle line unit, in each of the injection dots of the nozzle line unit constituting a raster area 910; and a division scanning part 330 for forming the raster area 910 with a plurality of division main scans, in response to a transition change of the injection amount of arraying the calculated injection amounts in the order of forming the injection dots of the nozzle line unit.
