<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a drainage which enables the stable and efficient removal of a heavy metal from the drainage in which a fly ash (dust) generated in a cement production step is washed with water with the heavy metal such as Pb and Cd contained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The treatment method of the drainage comprises a phosphoric acid compound addition step of adding a phosphoric acid compound to the drainage in which the fly ash generated in the cement production step has been washed with water, a precipitate forming step of adding a Ca compound to the drainage, in which the phosphoric acid compound has been added, to form the precipitate, having calcium phosphate as a main component, in which the heavy metal in the drainage has been fixed, and a precipitate separation step of solid-liquid separating the precipitate formed in the precipitate forming step.
