<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a rotating body in a predetermined position, in a toy which revolves a rotating body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toy is equipped with the rotating body having a mark containing a pattern or a character given to two or more domains and a window section which can display the mark, and comprises a regulation member 800 provided along the circumference direction of the rotating body and having protrusions 801-803 of a number corresponding to that of the domains and a regulation member 601 arranged to be engaged with the regulation member 800 and having recesses 821 of a number corresponding to that of the domains and arranged to display the mark on the window section in the state that the rotating body is stopped. The regulation member 601 is energized in a direction of going to the rotating body, and when a revolving force is applied to the rotating body, the regulation member 601 engaged with the regulation member 800 is released from the rotating body against the resisting force applied to the regulation member 601, and the rotating body revolves.
