PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition which is fine in a bubble quality, is good in bubbling and rinsability, and is excellent in low temperature stability. SOLUTION: Provided is the skin cleanser composition comprising (A) 5 to 30 mass% of a sulfate type surfactant represented by the following general formula (1): RO-(PO)<SB>m</SB>SO<SB>3</SB>M [wherein, R is an 8-24C alkyl group; PO is a propyleneoxy group; m is the average addition mole number of PO, and is the number of <1; M is a cation].
