PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain and deal with more problems in security of an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 includes: a monitoring section 35 for monitoring operations relating to various resources 30-34 and acquiring information of the operations as inspection target information; and a transmission control section 37 for transmitting the inspection target information to a security management server 500. Meanwhile, the security management server 500 includes: a communication section 531 for receiving the inspection target information; an inspection section 533 for inspecting problems in security of the image forming apparatus on the basis of the inspection target information and inspection table stored in an inspection table storage section 532; and a dealing section 535 for reading, when a problem is detected by the inspection section 533, a dealing program corresponding to the detected problem from a program storage section 534 and transmitting the program to the image forming apparatus 10.
