PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit management system capable of easily setting connection to an access point, and preventing disguise of a wireless communication terminal by impersonation; and a wireless communication terminal. SOLUTION: This room entrance/exit management system (entrance/exit management system) 100 is provided with an access point 10, this wireless communication terminal 20, and a room entrance/exit management device 30 authenticating a visitor using the wireless communication terminal 20. The room entrance/exit management device 30 includes: a near-field wireless communication part 31 executing near-field wireless communication with the wireless communication terminal 20; an authentication part 322 authenticating the identity of the visitor by being connected to the wireless communication terminal 20 in entrance; and a control part 32 generating connection-based IDs different from one another on the basis of connection to the wireless communication terminal 20, transmitting connection setting information to the access point 10 including the connection-based ID to the wireless communication terminal 20 with the identity authenticated, and transmitting the connection setting information to the access point 10.
