<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing the viscosity of a stirred mixture of flux powder and a binder, in which the stirred mixture of flux powder and the binder is stabilized to keep a prescribed viscosity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: To flux powder and a binder, water in the total adding amount is dividedly added at every prescribed ratio in a divided process, and they are stirred and mixed. Between each stirring/mixing step and the following stirring/mixing step, in a meanwhile at which the viscosity temporarily increased in each stirring/mixing step of the stirred mixture reduces to a prescribed viscosity, the stirring/mixing is stopped, and till the viscosity increased to a prescribed value after the stop of the stirring/mixing is stabilized, the stirring/mixing step is intermittently continued.
