<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse abnormality detecting device for highly precisely and correctly detecting the pulse of a user, while accommodating to differences among individuals. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pulse abnormality detecting device includes: a band 20 to be mounted around a wrist; a first sliding body 41 externally arranged in the band 20, so as to be slid along the band in the circumferential direction of the band 20; a second sliding body 42 slidably arranged in the first sliding body 41, so as to be slid in the axial direction of the band 20; a pulse sensor 43 arranged in the second sliding body 42 and also arranged in the inner or side part of the band 20 so as to be positionally adjusted; and a pulse abnormality detecting part for detecting the abnormality of the pulse, based on output data of the pulse sensor 43.
