PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding film which has superior flexibility, durability, and electromagnetic shield effects. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding film 1 covers the surface of an electronic component or electric wiring which is mounted in an electronic apparatus to shield electromagnetic waves. The electromagnetic shielding film 1 has a base material film 2, made of an insulating material and a metal layer 3 laminated on one or both sides of the base material film 2. The metal layer 3 is composed of a corrosion-preventing layer 33 which is provided on a surface layer side and prevents the corrosion of the metal layer 3; and of a conductive layer 32 of electrical resistance smaller than that of the corrosion-preventing layer 33.
