The filter has a conductor attached along a fluorescent lamp, where the fluorescent lamp with the conductor is provided completely or partially with a transparent envelope and/or insulator. High frequency lamp current and operating current flow through the conductor. The conductor is connected with main voltage at lamp caps by contacts. The fluorescent lamp is operated with an electronic ballast. The conductor is mechanically attached on an inner side of a protective tube of plastic. The protective tube is formed from a transparent foil rolled at the lamp.
