The device has a nose clip (4) and retaining bar elements (7', 7'') together forming a multi-part spectacle frame in which two-part magnetic fixing units are provided for fixing sunglass lenses to spectacles i.e. rimless spectacles (1). The units are formed by a fixing element fixed on or in spectacles lenses (2, 3), and another fixing element fixed on or in the sunglass lenses. The fixing elements are arranged opposite to each other and magnetically cooperate with one another. The fixing elements are formed by retaining and/or magnetic pin elements (10, 10', 10'', 10''') of cylindrical shape.
