POLYURETHANE BINDER FOR MIXING CORK CHIPS, MIXED CORK COMPOSITION AND ELASTIC FLOOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polyurethane binder for mixing cork chips, and a mixed cork composition and an elastic floor using the same are provided to ensure good workability and application property and to maintain intrinsic characteristic of a cork chip by minimizing the penetration into the cork chip. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane binder for mixing cork chips comprises polyisocyanate 200 - 600 parts by weight and polyol 400 - 800 parts by weight, and has an NCO content of 7 - 12% and viscosity of 5000 - 10000. An elastic floor using the polyurethane binder comprises a base layer formed on the ground; a cork mixed layer(20) which is formed on the base layer and is mixed with the polyurethane binder and the cork chip with at least two kinds of particle size; and plural urethane layers(40) formed on the cork mixed layer.
