PURPOSE: A caricature image producing method is provided to enable a user to present himself/herself by not a general avatar but his/her own caricature in cyber space by using the secured caricature image. CONSTITUTION: It is taken a photograph of a face with a camera(S410). The recorded image is converted to a digital processing form(S420). The image-process through the digital filter is proceed to make clear the boundary of the background and the objects in the transformed digital image(S430). The feature point of the face contour is calculated from the filtered image information by using a plurality of algorithms(S440). The number of face contour feature point is compared through a plurality of algorithms(S450). The face contour feature point information, which is calculated by the algorithm which extracts the most numbers of the feature point, is extracted, the result applies to the location information of the face contour, brow, eye, nose, and mouth and the caricature image is created(S460). |
