PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation or damage of a tape due to the shavings of a welding part, which are produced in ultrasonic welding, and the deformation of a reel hub due to a tape winding pressure. SOLUTION: A welding part W1 between a reel hub 51 and an upper flange 53 is composed of; a fitting concave part 51b, which is formed in the inner circumference side of the upper end face 51a of the reel hub 51; and a fitting convex part 65 which is formed on the upper flange 53 and enters a fitting concave part 51b. The outer circumference side wall part 51t of the fitting convex part 51b is tapered off so that its thickness may gradually become smaller toward the upper end of the reel hub 51. By this, shavings produced in welding can effectively be prevented from scattering toward the outer circumference face side (tape winding face side) of the reel hub 51 by means of the outer circumference side wall part 51t of the fitting concave part 51b. Further, the deforming strength of the upper end part 51c of the reel hub is increased, since the outer circumference side wall part 51t of the fitting convex part 51b is tapered off so that its thickness may gradually become smaller toward the upper end of the reel hub 51.
