PURPOSE: A method for screening an anti-cancer drug which suppresses tumorigenesis through high throughput method is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an anti-cancer drug which suppresses tumorigenesis comprises: a step of treating anti-cancer drug candidate to a hose cell which is transformed; a step of measuring expression level of a reporter gene in the transformed host cell; and a step of selecting candidate which suppresses the expression of the reporter gene.
