PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a marble sponge using a waste sponge are provided to reduce energy waste by recycling a marble sponge. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a marble sponge using a waste sponge comprises the following steps: a step for grinding a waste sponge classified according to a color through a pulverizer; a step for cooling the waste sponge into a low temperature of 2~15°C in order to reduce compressive transformation; a step for uniformly coating an adhesive on a surface by passing an adhesive coating machine after mixing the waste sponge with a property ratio; and a step for increasing density between particles and for reducing an empty space between waste sponge particles by vibrating a rectangular frame(51).
