PURPOSE: An input device and an electronic apparatus comprising the same are provided to make a manipulation part large by guiding second operation members through an axis. CONSTITUTION: An input device includes a base, a first operation members, a second operation members, a detection member, and an intermediate member. The first operation member(3) is arranged on the base(2) and is rotatable while having an opening at the center of the first operation member. The second operation member(4) is arranged to be inserted to the opening(16) of the first operation members. The detection member has a first detector and a second detector. The first detector(33) detects the rotation of the first operation members while the second detection unit(31) detects the indentation of the second operation members.
