PURPOSE: An oxidative hair dye composition containing an oxidative hair dye precursor and coupler is provided to form liquid type and minimize scalp damage. CONSTITUTION: An oxidative hair dye composition containing an oxidative hair dye precursor and coupler contains non-ionic surfactant with under 12.0 of HLB value, alkanolamide, oleyl alcohol and low alcohol of C1-C4. The non-ionic surfactant is mono grylceride, diglyceride, propyleneglycol fatty acid ester, sorbitan mono fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty and ester, polyoxyalkylene or alkylglycerylether. The alkanolamide is a compound of the chemical formula 1.
